Great product to work with
These boards cut like a dream. But they do generate a dust that can create a shadow on the board, that is a B**h to get off. So, I found that spraying the whole board with Stoner's Mold release works like a charm. It's a silica spray, that the dust sticks to and when your piece is done, just wash it off. I put them in my countertop dish washer on the wash fruit setting, comes out beautiful. Just don't forget to take the paper off the back 1st.
Bought the 3mm red/white 2-tone acrylic. Works great! Made a bunch of personalized luggage tags with them.
I’m using this material to make emergency evacuation routes (signs) for our school to post in each classroom. They engrave really well and stand out nicely! The red and white contrast is just perfect for this job!!!
