Want it make this simple and easy to understand! Just like their machines.
Their support and after service was in a level that made me purchase a 2nd laser which was their F1 Ultra.

Don't look elsewhere if you want Quality, Support and simplicity.

I've had the laser for about three or four weeks, but just unboxed it and set it up two days ago, because I didn't have enough space for it. I had to build a new desk to support all of my xTool products.
As for the laser, I like how powerful and fast it is. I haven't used it much, but initial testing is good.
The only complaints I have so far are with the conveyor. When batching a product, sometimes the image will be flipped upside down. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but when I'm making business cards, I need the orientation to be the same on front and back. Even when lining all the cards the same way the software will still flip some of the images. I can only batch process the front side, but the back I will have to do manually. The other thing I don't like is when I process a batch, the software will make duplicates of the file I'm burning and leaves them on the canvas. I would prefer when the batch process is complete, the software should delete the duplicates and leave only the original image on the canvas. But this is only a minor inconvenience.

I am a professional photographer and printmaker. I also have an extensive studio for printmaking, woodworking, metal working, and leather working. Often I am integrate all of these processes on a project.

I currently have four xTool lasers, each with both Blue Diode and infrared laser heads.

I also have the RA2 Pro Rotary, The F1 Slide Extension, and the Smoke Eliminator.

I am very impressed with the xTool lasers and the xTool Creative Space Software. I tell people that xTool is the iPhone of lasers. The design, packaging, and software integration are amazing.

I am also impressed with how quickly xTool comes out with physical improvements and features in new machines. The same is true of the frequent software upgrades, which add amazing new features.

The Settings List for various materials and the way it integrates into the Creative Space Software is quite accurate and extremely helpful.

My Wish List

1. A far more detailed use manual for each machine and the Creative Space Software. Current information is not in depth and feels awkward to access.

2. A better description of Spot Duration when engraving images. With Cut and Score, it is clear what power and speed settings are. However more explanation is needed of the effect of Spot Duration and the range of settings.

3. An add-on for the S1 that is made of steel and uses magnets to attach to the left side of the S1 riser. This could be used as a very accurate reference to square materials that are setting on the honeycomb. Without this, the honeycomb moves around too much.

4. More settings for a wider range of materials, such as ox or cow bone, exotic hardwoods, and more papers

5. Improving the consistency of materials settings between laserssome lasers have a lot more material settings than others.

6. The Pop Up Adds on the xTool website are extremely annoying, repetitive and actually knock me out of completing tasks at the xTool website. The same windows seem to pop up about every 30 seconds!

Overall, I am extremely impressed by xTool and their products.
