The replacement lock work great, the installation videos as always are straight to the point.

Great Service Highly recommended these personnel really know there machines

After receiving our new product, we set it up immediately. There was little learning curve for us as we have several Xtool lasers. The vast speed and space of this machine is mindblowing- even compared to another large format laser we own. Customer Service has been wonderful in support with questions and resolutions - we all just need patience when it comes to that. Thank you Xtool.

One of the best customer service experience

I have changed all the boards and camera and still the auto focus and camera don't function. It worked fine before I upgraded all the components, but still have no camera and auto focus.
