When will I receive my items?

For in-stock items, we typically dispatch in 1 business day and the average logistics timeliness is 1-3 business days. For pre-order items, shipments will be processed in the order they were placed after the products arrive at our local warehouse.

What is the process for Truck Delivery?

Oversized items (e.g., P3, Apparel Printers, MetalFab, Baking Machines) are shipped via Truck Delivery:

・Shipment & Delivery: Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. The carrier will likely call you before arriving at your address to schedule the delivery.

・Final Delivery: Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package in person.
